El Mina Mosque is one of the most famous mosques in Hurghada. It was opened in 2012 and was built on an area of 8,000 square meters at a cost of 20 million pounds. It is located directly on the sea and can accommodate about 10,000 worshipers. It includes two towering minarets, 25 domes, a hall for events and another for lectures.
