Cancellation & Refund Policy

We always strive to provide a comfortable and reliable travel experience for all users; therefore, we outline below the cancellation and refund policy for bookings made on the site.

First: Cancellation by the Tourist

The tourist can cancel their booking through their account on the website at least 24 hours before the scheduled service without any cancellation fees.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the service time, up to 50% of the booking value may be deducted to cover administrative and service provider expenses.

In case of no-show without prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled without refund.

Second: Cancellation by the Service Provider

If the service provider cancels the booking for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to the tourist within no more than 7 working days.

The site reserves the right to take necessary actions against service providers in case of repeated unjustified cancellations.

Third: Booking Modification

The tourist may request to modify the service date at least 24 hours before the service execution, subject to availability of the service provider.

If modification is not possible, the above cancellation terms may apply.

Fourth: Refund Mechanism

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the booking (credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet).

The refund process may take 7 to 14 working days depending on the payment method and bank used,

If payment is made upon service delivery, no deduction applies before the service is provided.

Fifth: Force Majeure

In cases of uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, emergencies, government decisions, or security events, cancellation or rescheduling will be coordinated between the tourist and the service provider via site management, ensuring the rights of both parties.
